Pope Francis urges Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan to continue talks over disputed dam

Francis, talking to a crowd gathered at St. Peter’s Sq. on an official Catholic feast day, stated he was intently following negotiations between the three nations over the dam. Egypt and Sudan suspended talks with Ethiopia earlier this month after Ethiopia proposed linking a deal on the filling and operations of its Grand Ethiopian
