Reuters / April 24, 2021 An armed group has taken management of a county in western Ethiopia, the state-appointed Ethiopian Human Rights Fee mentioned, citing experiences that civilians had been killed and public servants kidnapped. The fee mentioned it had obtained experiences that Sedal Woreda, within the Kamashi Zone of the western Benishangul-Gumuz Area, was “beneath close to full management of an armed group as of April 19”.
